Benefits Summary

Assists HIV positive individuals with the cost of specific health care needs including prescription drugs, health insurance, some outpatient medical services, case management etc.

Financial assistance for: specific HIV/AIDS related FDA approved prescription drugs; specific outpatient medical and support services; case management; insurance premiums/deductibles/co-payments; mental health services; substance abuse, etc.
 

Eligibility Guidelines

Applicant must be a resident of Colorado, must have proof of HIV positive diagnosis from a doctor or testing facility, must be at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level and undergo a financial assets screening, must not be eligible for any other medical insurance through which medications could be obtained in an affordable manner etc. See program website for further detail.
