Preventive and corrective services include: Payment for eye exams, eye glasses, treatment, and surgery for eligible residents. Also, children screenings, low-vision evaluations etc. Care is available in all counties in the state. | ||
Eligibility Guidelines |

North Carolina residents who: do not qualify for Medicaid; meet income criteria; and have a need for medical eye care services, such as pain or discomfort in the eyes, blurred vision, ophthalmological disorders etc. Contact program for details. | ||
