State Sponsored Programs
State-Sponsored Programs are programs created, sponsored, and/or funded (all or in part): by a state, county or local government, and provide: Medical care or financial assistance for medical care, health insurance, prescription assistance, medical supplies, medical equipment, disease screening, respite care or other medical assistance. In some instances, the government entity contracts the operation of the program to a private, not-for-profit entity.
To find programs offered in your state, select the state where you live in the dropdown menu below. That will take you to an alphabetical listing of the programs that your state sponsors. Clicking on a specific program will bring up all the information we have on it.
