Eligibility Guidelines	Program Details
Must be admitted to or currently attending a college/university/technical/trade school (2- or 4-year). Must have a medical condition covered by program. US citizen or legal alien/permanent resident. Family member or caregiver with medical conditions covered by program. Meet program�s eligibility criteria.	Program provides a one-time scholarship of up to $5000 to individuals living with epilepsy, their family members and caregivers.
