Help Filling out Prescription Assistance Program Applications
Caution: The COVID-19 virus has adversely impacted the hours and services of many of the organizations listed in this section. Although we strive to keep our website up to date, the hours and services for some organizations may have suddenly changed. Many organizations will probably cease face to face appointments or close until the emergency declaration is lifted by their state. Before you visit the organization, please check their website and, if necessary, call them, to verify that they are open.
There are many local programs, and even individuals, that help people apply to prescription assistance programs (PAPs) as well as offering assistance with government programs, especially Medicare and Medicaid. All will help for free or at a low cost.

These programs may help you find a program for your prescription medication, complete the application, and work with your healthcare providers who must often sign the forms.
You can find local programs in two ways:
1. Enter the Zip Code to find a program in your area:
2. Select your state below or check out the National Programs.
If you or your organization help people apply to PAPs, please fill out and submit the Add a Program Information Form so we can add you to our list.
As of 03/26/2023, we have information on 2128 programs.
