| Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage (EPIC) | Two plans to help pay prescription costs for the elderly: Fee Plan, and the Deductible Plan. |
| Family Health Plus | Public health insurance program for adults ages 19 to 64 whose income/resources too high to qualify for Medicaid. |
| Family Health Plus Premium Assistance Program | State will pay or reimburse: employee's share of the insurance premium; deductibles, coinsurance; and certain co-payments. |
| Medicaid Buy-in Program for Working People with Disabilities | Medicaid coverage to the disabled who are working and not eligible for regular Medicaid due to income limits. |
| Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program: Breast, Cervical, Colorectal, and Prostate Cancer (MCTP) | Provides Medicaid coverage to individuals screened and diagnosed with breast/cervical/colorectal/prostrate cancer or pre-cancerous conditions through the Cancer Services Program Partnerships (CSPP) |
