Child Health Plus State health insurance plan for children
Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage (EPIC) Two plans to help pay prescription costs for the elderly: Fee Plan, and the Deductible Plan.
Family Health Plus Public health insurance program for adults ages 19 to 64 whose income/resources too high to qualify for Medicaid.
Family Health Plus Premium Assistance Program State will pay or reimburse: employee's share of the insurance premium; deductibles, coinsurance; and certain co-payments.
Medicaid Buy-in Program for Working People with Disabilities Medicaid coverage to the disabled who are working and not eligible for regular Medicaid due to income limits.
Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program: Breast, Cervical, Colorectal, and Prostate Cancer (MCTP) Provides Medicaid coverage to individuals screened and diagnosed with breast/cervical/colorectal/prostrate cancer or pre-cancerous conditions through the Cancer Services Program Partnerships (CSPP)
New York State Medicaid Medical care for eligible residents who can't afford it
Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP) Provides pregnancy care and other health care services to women and teens
Technology-Related Assistance Individuals -Disabilities (TRAID) Help obtain any item, product or piece of equipment that can be used to improve the quality of life of the disabled.
