End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Patient Assistance Program Provides financial reimbursement for formulary-based medications and supplements for people with ESRD receiving renal analysis
Equipment Distribution Program Distributes assistive devices to qualified deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind residents, as well as those with a serious speech impediment
NJ FamilyCare Provides health care coverage for uninsured children and low-income families
NJ Health Insurance Continuation Program (HICP) Program allows individuals with HIV/AIDS to keep their health insurance when they can no longer work or can only work part time
NJ WorkAbility Program offers full New Jersey Medicaid health coverage to individuals with disabilities who are working, and whose earnings would otherwise make them ineligible for Medicaid
Personal Preference Program Allows elderly and disabled adult Medicaid recipients to direct and manage their own Medicaid Personal Care Assistant services
Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (PAAD) Provides coverage for prescribed legend drugs, insulin, and insulin supplies
Pharmaceutical Services for Adults with Cystic Fibrosis Program that provides financial assistance for adults with cystic fibrosis.
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Fund Pays for supports and services for individuals who have survived an acquired brain injury
