| End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Patient Assistance Program | Provides financial reimbursement for formulary-based medications and supplements for people with ESRD receiving renal analysis |
| Equipment Distribution Program | Distributes assistive devices to qualified deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind residents, as well as those with a serious speech impediment |
| NJ FamilyCare | Provides health care coverage for uninsured children and low-income families |
| NJ Health Insurance Continuation Program (HICP) | Program allows individuals with HIV/AIDS to keep their health insurance when they can no longer work or can only work part time |
| NJ WorkAbility | Program offers full New Jersey Medicaid health coverage to individuals with disabilities who are working, and whose earnings would otherwise make them ineligible for Medicaid |
| Personal Preference Program | Allows elderly and disabled adult Medicaid recipients to direct and manage their own Medicaid Personal Care Assistant services |
| Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (PAAD) | Provides coverage for prescribed legend drugs, insulin, and insulin supplies |
