According to the NIH, restless leg syndrome (RLS) is a disorder in which there is an urge or need to move the legs to stop unpleasant sensations. 		Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) are programs offered by pharmaceutical companies to help those most in need gain access to their medications at no or low cost.
