According to the Mayo Clinic, Heat disease is a broad term used to describe a range of diseases that affect your heart. The various diseases that fall under the umbrella of heart disease include diseases of your blood vessels, such as coronary artery disease; heart rhythm problems (arrythmias); heart infections; and heart defects you're born with (congenital heart defects). 		Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) are programs offered by pharmaceutical companies to help those most in need gain access to their medications at no or low cost. Each program has varying financial and insurance guidelines - when in doubt, call the program. To find the specific PAP information for a specific drug click on the list below.
