Cancer & Heart Assoc. -Pharmaceutical Assistance Program	Beaver county residents regardless of illness or condition	Monaca

Phoenixville Health Care Access Programs	Uninsured, under insured, lower income residents of 19 Townships surrounding Phoenixville.	Phoenixville
Pharmacy Assistance and Information on Reimbursement	Low income, uninsured or underinsured residents of Pennsylvania. The patient must have an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a perscribing physician located in UPMC Falk Clinic, Kaufman Building or Internal Medicine at 9S MUH.	Pittsburgh
