Medication Assistance Program - Dobson Seniors and low income residents of Surry County who do not have prescription coverage and have low-income.
Medication Management of Harnett County (MMHC) Residents of Harnett County and surrounding areas in central NC who can not afford their medications and who do not have private drug insurance.
Medication Assistance Program at Free Clinic -Eden Residents of Rockingham County who are uninsured and whose income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
CFHC Medication Assistance Program (MAP) - Elm City Any patient of the three "Carolina Family Health Centers" (all are low-cost medical clinics) located in Wilson, Princeville and Elm City.

Cancer Patient Assistance Program Residents of Gaston County who have been diagnosed with any type cancer.

Cumberland County Medication Access Program (CCMAP) Low-income residents of Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke or Sampson counties with a chronic disease who do not qualify for a government program and have no prescription coverage.
Medication Assistance Program at Free Clinic -Madison Residents of Rockingham County who are uninsured and whose income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Medication Assistance Program - Mt Airey Seniors and low income residents of Surry County who do not have prescription coverage and have low-income.
Prescription Drug Program at KOC New Bern Any US citizen or green card holder in Craven and surrounding counties.
