HCSF Rx Assist	Anyone in the Detroit area in need.
Escanaba Senior Center	Any sneior (60 or over) in the Delta County who is at or below the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Medical Access Coalition of Delta & Menominee Counties	Residents of Delta & Menominee Counties age 19 to 64 with no health insurance and income below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Senior Adult Division	Seniors age 50 or older who live in Farmington/Farmington Hills residents.
Pine Rest Community Case Management	People 18 and over with chronic, persistent mental illness.
Medication Access Program	Uninsured low-income citizens of Crawford, Roscommon, Montmorency, and Oscoda counties
Low-cost to No-cost Presription Program Assistance	Residents and visitors of the western 1/2 of the Tip of the Mit Michigan.
St. Peter's Free Clinic, Inc.	The uninsured and underinsured residents of Hillsdale county.
Michigan Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program	Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries in the state of Michigan.
Medical Access Coalition of Delta & Menominee Counties	Residents of Delta & Menominee Counties who are age 19-64 with no health insurance and incomes below 200% of the federal poverty level.
