Bangor Medication Assistance Program -Penquis Uninsured, underinsured residents of Penobscot and Piscataquis Counties. Income guidelines may apply.
MDI Hospital Prescription Assistance Program Low-income and underserved residents
Bridgton Hospital Prescription Assistance Program Low income, uninsured or underinsured residents of Maine.
Oasis Health Network Residents of greater Bath-Brunswick area including the towns of Freeport, Durham, Brunswick, Lisbon Falls, Harpswell and the Islands, and all of Sagadahoc County who are uninsured and at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
Pines Health Prescription Assistance Program Low income, uninsured or underinsured residents of Maine.
Maine Coast Memorial Hospital Medication Assistance Program Low income, uninsured or underinsured residents of Maine. Qualification for program based on family size, income.
Houlton Regional Hospital Patient Assistance Program Uninsured, underinsured, low income residents of Houlton and surrounding area.
Community Health Connection- York Hospital -Kittery Uninsured or underinsured residents of Kittery, Eliot, York, Wells, Ogunquit, Berwick, North Berwick, Lebanon and South Berwick who are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty level.
DFD Russell Medical Centers-Patient Assistance Care Services. Medically underserved, uninsured, rural populations with in a 20 mile radius of the center in Leeds.
SeniorsPlus Persons age 60 and over living in Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties
DFD Russell Medical Centers- Patient Assistant Coordinator Medically underserved, uninsured, rural populations with in a 20 mile radius of the center in Monmouth.
CarePartners-Greater Portland Uninsured; Low Income; Residents of Greater Portland and most of Cumberland County.
Aroostook Area Agency on Aging Persons age 60 and over living in Aroostook county
Knox County Health Clinic (Mid-Coast Health Net) Low income underinsured and uninsured patients in Knox County.
Senior Advocate - Goodall Hospital Anyone over 60 or anyone acting on their behalf who live in Southern Maine (York County)
Goodall Hospital RxAssist Low income residents of Southern Maine who have no prescription insurance.
