Indigent Medical Services Anyone who is at or below 150% of the Federal poverty level living in Bartow, Douglas, Floyd, Gordon, Haraison, Paulding, and Polk counties.

Grace Gate, Inc Unisured, low-income adults in Northeast Georgia
Right Side UP Women and children under age 13 who reside in metro Atlanta, GA.
Myers Back to Basics People who live in Atlanta (Henry, Clayton, and Dekalb County) who are unemployed with no insurance and/or below Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Rx Specialty Service, Inc. All individual regardless of age without perscription drug coverage. Services are available Nationally.
S.P.I.N. (Special Patients In Need) Patients who have no insurance, meet federal poverty guidelines and are in need of assistance with medications and paying doctor bills.
Northeast Georgia Medical Associates The patients from our offices: Royston Clinic and Ford Clinic
Homebound Services, Inc.-Med Connection Seniors who are residents of Bulloch County, Statesboro, Georgia
Medical Assistance Low-income, homeless, poverty stricken, elderly, disabled individuals in Georgia
Lawson Neel Medbank Low-income, under-insured people in Thomas and
surrounding counties.
Patient Assistance Program Assists McKinney Community Health Center patients and also have a McKinney Outreach that helps anyone.
