If you are a nonprofit organization and currently complete PAP applications by hand, you may qualify for a NeedyMeds incentive grant that will underwrite up to 75% of the cost of your PAPTracker software for the first 12 months. Web-based design means PAPTracker is accessible anywhere and at any time.
$2 per month per active patient for the first 150 patients; no monthly charge for next 150.$1 a month for patients 301-425; no monthly charge for the next 575.
Beginning with the 1001st patient, a monthly charge of 25¢ per month for the next 500.
The maximum monthly payment is capped at $550
There is a minimum monthly charge of $25 for accounts with 12 or fewer active patients.
There are no set-up, maintenance, annual or any other charges other than the monthly subscription fee.
We limit subscriptions to medical practices and clinics, and non-profit health care and human service agencies and others offering assistance with PAPS at no cost or for a modest administrative fee.
