Drug Coupon Information

Finding the Coupon
Coupons for free offers of brand name medicine, rebates or other free medical supplies can be found through NeedyMeds. These coupons require a prescription from your doctor and can be found in either of two ways. You can find your medicines on the Brand Name Drug list and if this icon appears next to the name of the drug there is a coupon available for it in addition to the patient assistance program. Click on the icon to find the coupon.

The second way to look for coupons is to go to the Coupon Page and use the alphabet bar to find your medicines. If your medicine does not appear, then there is no coupon currently available for it.

We have coupons for drugs that are both available and not available through patient assistance programs. If a drug is found on either the brand or generic name list and there is the coupon icon next to it, it means that there is a PAP and a coupon for that medication. Remember, some drugs may be available through patient assistance programs and have a discount coupon. If so, the patient assistance program is most likely to provide the most help.

Signing-Up for the Coupon
When you find the name of your medicine in the coupon list, you will see the date that it expires, specifics of the offer, the drug dosage, then one or two links which take you to the sign-up form.

• If you click on Local Pharmacy Coupon you will go the web site of the manufacturer of the medicine and fill out a form to receive a card to take to your local pharmacy. Some of these cards or forms are mailed to you and others you print from the website. Most of these require your physician‘s signature or are for refills of current prescriptions. On some of these pages the free offer is to the side or not quickly found. Be patient and browse for the offer.
  
  
• Clicking on Online through Xubex will take you to a form to be filled out to have the medicine mailed to you from Xubex, a mail-order pharmaceutical company. Either way, you receive the same free offer. Xubex will contact your doctor for you.

What are these Offers?
The offers vary. Many of these coupons offer rebates for $10 to $20. Others provide a 7 to 30 day supply of the drug. Some are for medical supplies such as a reusable insulin pen. Be sure to check for all your medicines.
