Individual eligibility and level of financial support is determined on a case by case basis. meet income guidelines that are not disclosed. Medical diagnosis necessary for this program is not specified. US residency requirements are
not specified. If the patient has a very high co-pay then s/he should still apply because the patient may get some assistance. Each applicant is looked at on a case by case basis.
There is also a 'Starter Program' for patients with CF and 'First Start Program' for patients without CF. These programs will sent a free bottle of 100 capsules to a patient who is prescribed the medication. The order form can be downloaded, and filled out by both patient and doctor.
