The patient must have no prescription coverage for any medications and meet income guidelines that are not disclosed. Medical diagnosis necessary for this program is not specified. The patient must also reside in the US. The patient must have no insurance that covers diabetes testing supplies.
This program will provide one meter, strips and lancets for eligible patients for one year.
