| Details | This program serves as a liaison between the patient and the local resources that are available to meet his or her specific needs. Should resources within the patient's community be unavailable, direct support will be provided on a temporary basis through the MSF Home Care Assistance Grant Program. Resources provided include home care, therapy visits, respite care and transportation. |
