| Details | This program will pay for a cranial and/or cervical spine MRI to monitor or assess the progression of MS. Upon approval of each applicant and until MRI dedicated funding has been exhausted, this program will provide payment for MRI's directly to the test provider. This program does not cover costs associated with additional fees for neurologist visits or lab fees. |
| Eligibility Guidelines | Applicants who are eligible must have previously been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, have previously received support for an MRI from MSAA and two years have lapsed since the last MRI, have a written physician prescription requesting an MRI exam, or for those seeking financial assistance, household incomes must not exceed three times the federal poverty level for family size. |
